if your laptop charger plug in and showing not charging then no problem at all
there is simple step for you just follow it
step 1:-shutdown your laptop
step 2:-disconnect charger from your's laptop
step 3:-remove battery from laptop
step 4:-again pluggin charger and start your's laptop
step 5:-go to control panel and click on it
step 6:-now you will see new window and search for device manager and click on it and choose battery
step 6:-you have to uninstall ACPI-compliant control method battery

 step 7:-insert battery in your's laptop
step 8:-start your's laptop and ACPI-compliant control method battery automatic start in your laptop
step 9:-pluggin charger your's laptop battery will began to charge
